Engaged to my fiance with a beautiful custom made ring from Diamondport Jewellers. My experience with Rhys for the post proposal appointment was excellent, he was friendly and detail oriented. As per my fiancé the entire experience from designing the ring has been perfect and we couldn't have asked for better. The free parking is also a perk! Super happy with my ring. Highly recommend!

My whole experience at Diamondport was absolutely amazing. Ash provided an outstanding initial consultation and took the time to show us all the rings we were interested in (yes, we were a bit indecisive because they were all so beautiful!). I really appreciated how Ash respected our culture—our way of doing weddings is a little different from in Australia, and he showed genuine interest in our story. Our rings are absolutely stunning, as you can see in the photos. I especially love the hand carving—it looks so natural and warmer than machine work! As a bonus, my husband and I also loved the ring box. These rings made our most important day even more special. We can’t thank Ash and the Diamondport team enough. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing experience with Diamondport. I would truly recommend them to everyone. My sister in law stumbled across them a few years back when we were trying on engagement rings for her and I loved them from back then. Ash, Rhys, & the team was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process easy, especially since I had no experience with rings. They were patient, supportive, and happy to explain everything from shapes to materials during the initial consultation. The bespoke ring was well worth the wait, and I really appreciated the regular updates along the way. Couldn’t be happier with the service and my fiance loves the final result. The team managed to guess her ring size perfectly just from a photo.
